Board setup & calibration

The physical setup decides how well dartpilot can see, so it’s worth doing carefully. Work through it step by step.

1. Mount the cameras — see Placing your cameras.
2. Run calibration — see Calibration.
3. Verify detection — throw a few darts and confirm the scores come up.

What matters most

• Every camera has a clear view of the whole board.
• Lighting is even, with no glare or heavy shadows.
• The board and cameras don’t move once calibration is done.
