Getting started

dartpilot scores darts for you. Cameras watch the board, the desktop app works out where each dart landed, and the web app keeps score.

What you’ll set up

  • The desktop app — reads the cameras and detects throws on the device itself.
  • The board and cameras — mounted so the whole board is in view.
  • Calibration — tells dartpilot where the segments are on your particular board.
  • The web app — runs games and shows the scoreboard.

Getting the physical setup right is what makes everything else work. If throws aren’t detected, it’s almost always positioning, lighting, or calibration — the guides below cover all three.
